Goal: The Facilities team is charged with the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, vehicles, and grounds.

Basic Objectives:

  1. Work with deacons and staff to keep facilities operational, make necessary fixes or upgrades (such as sheetrock repair and paint) - either by performing the work or facilitating the work through a third party.
  2. Maintain thermostats to make sure facilities are comfortable during gatherings.
  3. Evaluate ways to make our facilities more energy efficient.
  4. Implement a preventive maintenance schedule for buildings, grounds, and bus.
  5. Establish and maintain an inventory of paint, building materials, shelving, etc.
