Goal: To provide a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere to West Concord family members and guests including the placing of friendly greeters and ushers, building guides, facilities decoration, and the operation of a Welcome/Information Center.

Basic Objectives:

  1. Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere at West Concord.
  2. Greeters/Ushers – Engage visitors and our regular attendees/members at appointed gathering times. Assist in seating of visitors and regular attendees/members as needed.
  3. Members should familiarize themselves with the campus to be able to assist guests and parents in locating restrooms, kiosk, children’s wing, youth room, fellowship hall, etc.
